1. API Keys and Data

The Service requires you to provide your own API keys from third-party providers (e.g., Google, Groq). You are solely responsible for the usage of your API keys and any costs incurred. We are not liable for any misuse or charges related to your keys. Your keys, chats, and character data are stored locally in your browser or synced to your personal cloud account if you sign in. We do not have access to this data.

2. Content and Conduct

You are responsible for all content you generate using the Service. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. The "Turn Off Filters" option only removes a client-side instruction; it does not and cannot bypass the safety filters of the underlying API provider.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service or the content generated by the AI models.
